Zachary R. Smith
Zachary R. Smith is a native of the Northshore having grown up in Waldheim, Louisiana. Following completion of undergrad at Louisiana State University, Mr. Smith attended Loyola Law School. During his final year at Loyola Law School, Mr. Smith worked with Propeller Business Incubator and the Loyola Law Clinic to create the Entrepreneurship Project at Loyola University School of Law. Through this program, students in the Law Technology and Entrepreneurship certificate program worked under the guidance of practitioner-mentors to provide transactional legal services to entities involved with Propeller Business Incubator. This program is currently in its sixth year.
Mr. Smith’s practice at HMS focuses on Business Transactions, Business Defense/Claims, Landlord/Tenant Disputes, Public Records/FOI Law, Personal Injury, Federal and State Appeals and Class/Collective Action Litigation. Mr. Smith has extensive experience with complicated litigation and has assisted clients in resolving matters prior to litigation and at trial.
Preston L. Hayes
Preston grew up in the River Parishes. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2002. He earned his juris doctor degree from Loyola University – New Orleans in 2005.
Ryan P. Monsour
Mr. Monsour was born and raised in New Orleans. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Boston University with a Bachelor’s in Economics, he returned to New Orleans and attended Loyola University’s College of Law.
Barry W. Sartin, Jr.
Mr. Sartin was born in New Orleans and grew up in Metairie, Louisiana. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University. He then returned to Metairie and attended Loyola University’s College of Law in New Orleans.
